Start by sautéing the onion. After a couple of minutes, add the bacon.

Once the bacon and onion are cooked, add the beef and season. Add the bell peppers. Cover the pan to let the steam cook the peppers perfectly.

Add the shredded cheese and let it melt over the alambre using the heat from the pan.
