  1. 1 smallred onion
  2. 1red pepper
  3. 2 smalljalepanos
  4. 1 tspminced garlic
  5. 4 tbspred wine
  6. 3 tbspred wine vinegar
  7. 4 tbspworchestershire sauce
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 1 tbsppaprika
  10. 2 tspdry mustard
  11. 1 tspcourse salt
  12. 1 tspground peppercorn
  13. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  14. 1 largecan crushed tomatoes
  15. 2 cantomato paste
  16. 2 lbchicken, dark meat preferred

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    cook chicken, cool and shred

  2. 2

    add diced onion, diced pepper, garlic, and diced jalepanos

  3. 3

    add all other ingredients at med. low heat and allow to simmer for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    I put on a toasted bun with creamy cole slaw and crispy onion straws...
