  • 1 smallred onion
  • 1red pepper
  • 2 smalljalepanos
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 4 tbspred wine
  • 3 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 4 tbspworchestershire sauce
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 2 tspdry mustard
  • 1 tspcourse salt
  • 1 tspground peppercorn
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 largecan crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cantomato paste
  • 2 lbchicken, dark meat preferred

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    cook chicken, cool and shred

  2. 2

    add diced onion, diced pepper, garlic, and diced jalepanos

  3. 3

    add all other ingredients at med. low heat and allow to simmer for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    I put on a toasted bun with creamy cole slaw and crispy onion straws...
