Peas samosa with date chutney

Grind peas in mixer and make paste

Take a frying pan. Add 2tsp oil. Now add chilli ginger paste... Add grinded peas and stir frying for 5to 7min.. It should be like this...

Now add mashed potatoes and stir fry for 2-3min...now add all the spices and salt..

Switch off the flame

Take maida... Add ajwain oil/ghee and salt.... Make a soft dough after 15-20min take the dough and smoothen it.... Now divide it into small balls..

Take one ball and flatten into small puri shape... Cut the puri from middle... Now apply water all the sides.... Make a triangle and stuff the mixture of peas...

Like this make all... Take oil in a frying g pan heat alittle... Now add the samosas and deep fry in low flame.... Njoy crispy samosas
