Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmsMustard greens(Sarson)
  2. 100 gmsPaalak leaves
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Tomato 1chopped
  5. 1 tbspGinger
  6. 1 tbspGarlic
  7. 2Green chilli
  8. 1 tbspGur
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Green chana 1/2 katori (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and clean sarson leaves and paalak.

  2. 2

    Grind coarsely in a mixer.

  3. 3

    In a big vessel keep it with 2 glasses of water.Add green chanaa also.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli pdr.

  5. 5

    Let it boil and simmer on slow heat till it becomes half.

  6. 6

    Make tempering of ghee,onion,jeera,hing and dhaniya pdr.

  7. 7

    Add gur.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with makki di roti.
