Steps

Soak chana overnight and boil it in pressure cooker till tender

Chop onions..heat oil and put these onions in it

Cook till it changes it colour

Add ginger garlic paste chopped tomatoes salt and green chilli

Add all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

Now add the cooked chana and cook till everything combines properly

Before serving add some chopped coriander and ginger

Serve it
