  3. 1Onion
  4. 3Tomato
  5. 1 cloveGarlic
  6. 3Bell Pepper
  7. 1/4Pineapple
  8. Seasoning
  9. 1 tbspHot sauce
  10. 1/4 cupKetchup
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. 2 tbspOyster sauce
  13. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  14. 1/4 cupStock or Water
  15. 3 tbspSugar
  16. 150 gramsCorn Starch
  17. 1Oil for deep fry
  18. 2 tbspVinegar

  1. 1

    Dice all veg and cut Dory fillet into small strip. Can adjust fillet to other type

  2. 2

    Heat up the pan-meadium heat for deep fry, Coat fillet with corn starch and deep fry until golden crisp. Rest

  3. 3

    Heat another wolk pore some oil add garlic, onion. Stire for a min then add the rest veg. until cook. Mix the rest ing(seasoning) then added golden fillet. Stire until the fillet absourb the sauce but not too long.

  4. 4

    Adjust the taste to your preferrence. Add more hot sauce for more spicy. The flavor sould combine all sweet n sour but also have salty from oyster n soy sauce. Serve while hot with or without rice.
