1lemon sliced very thin
1 mediumred onion sliced thin
1 cansliced black olives
2 tbspchopped pimento or red pepper
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 clovegarlic minced
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspdry mustard
1/2 cuplemon juice
1 tbspred wine vinegar
1bay leaf crumbled
1 dashCayenne pepper
1chopped parsley to taste

marinade all the above but only for three hours

keep in refrigerator during merinade time

pour out on a platter to serve
