grease and flour paper

sprinkle a thin cotton kitchen cloth with powdered sugar

combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, salt in a small bowl.

beat eggs and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until thick.

stir in flour mixture

spread evenly into prepared pan

bake 13-15 mins or until top of cake spreads back when touched

immediately loosen and turn came onto prepared towel together

carefully pull off paper

roll up cake and towel together starting with narrow end

cool on wire rack

FILLING:

beat cream cheese, 1cp powdered sugar,butter and vanilla in a small mixer bowl until smooth

carefully unroll cake

spread cream cheese mixture over cake

re-roll cake

wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour

sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
