Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupcream
  • 1prepared pie crust
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 1 lbchopped raw bacon
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 cupgrated gruyere cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    saute bacon

  3. 3

    when bacon starts to get crispy add onions and saute

  4. 4

    when onions become translucent remove pan from heat and allow to cool

  5. 5

    when onion/bacon mixture cools very thoroughly drain oil
