Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1 cupcream
  3. 1prepared pie crust
  4. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  5. 1 lbchopped raw bacon
  6. 1 cupchopped onion
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 2 cupgrated gruyere cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    saute bacon

  3. 3

    when bacon starts to get crispy add onions and saute

  4. 4

    when onions become translucent remove pan from heat and allow to cool

  5. 5

    when onion/bacon mixture cools very thoroughly drain oil
