  2. 1/2 cupclarified butter
  3. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  4. 1 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tspsea salt
  6. 2 ozvegetable oil

    fill large pot with water and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    blanch green beans- do NOT overcook

  3. 3

    shock green beans in ice water
