Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpork cubed
  2. 1/4 cupflour
  3. 12tomatillos
  4. 1 cuponion
  5. 16 ozchicken stock
  6. 12green chiles
  7. 2jalapenos
  8. 4 clovegarlic
  9. 1 tspgarlic powder
  10. 1 tsponion powder
  11. 2 tbspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown pork and drain.

  2. 2

    add vegetables.

  3. 3

    add chicken stock to crock put on high. Add meat mixture, simmer for 6 hours. Turn to low for 2 more hours. Add stock if necessary.
