  • 2 lbpork cubed
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 12tomatillos
  • 1 cuponion
  • 16 ozchicken stock
  • 12green chiles
  • 2jalapenos
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 2 tbspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown pork and drain.

  2. 2

    add vegetables.

  3. 3

    add chicken stock to crock put on high. Add meat mixture, simmer for 6 hours. Turn to low for 2 more hours. Add stock if necessary.
