  • 1 cupyellow lentils
  • 7 cupwater
  • 2 tbspginger
  • 2 tbspcurry
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1green onion
  • 1/3 cupraisins
  • 1/3 cuptomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    clean lentils

  2. 2

    toast curry, no fat

  3. 3

    butter on pan @ medium heat. + green onions, ginger, raisins 2 min. Add tomato paste 2 min

  4. 4

    add mixt to cooked lentils + coconut milk & salt.
