preheat oven to 350

get a cake pan , start browning the meat mix in some pinches of taco seasoning and a bunch of splashes of tapatio depending on how much gray you can take I add alot personally then turn off when browned and drain the grease

now chop the onion into little squares pour your can of green enchilada sauce in a pan on the stove and put you're chopped onion in that heart until the onions are cooked

now layer the bottom of the pan with corn tortillas, beef, onion green enchilada sauce, then cheese be generous with the cheese always get a giant bag of cheese ;)

repeat the last step till you've filled to the top add a little drizzle of tapatio sauce on the top to look pretty and put in the oven for 30 min

then pull out let cool , serve
