Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 120 gramswhite chocolate
  2. 120 gramsdark chocolate
  3. 200 mlcream
  4. 400 gramsunsalted butter
  5. 1 packagesginger biscuits

Steps

  1. 1

    crush biscuits & melt 100g butter, mix together in a tart tin . Line the base of the tin with the biscuit mixture . Refrigerate for 20 mins .

  2. 2

    melt the white chocolate & dark chocolate separately. Mixing it with100g butter each

  3. 3

    remove biscuit base from the fridge & pour in white chocolate , completely covering the biscuits. Cover with dark chocolate & refrigerate for 20 mins .
