Ingredients

20 mins
  • 100 mlSingle Cream
  • 1 eachChicken Breast
  • 2 packagesMozzarella
  • 1Pesto
  • 50 gramsPasta Each
  • 1Handful of green beans each
  • 1 tspButter/Olive Oil

Steps

    Pre Heat oven to 200 c

  2. 2

    Heat a little butter or Olive Oil in a pan, then add the chicken

  3. 3

    While chicken is browning. Pour the cream into a sauce pan on a low heat, then add the pesto , a teaspoon at a time until you get your desired flavour. Keep on a low heat and stir occasionaly.

  4. 4

    Cook chicken until the outside is light brown. We don't want to cook the chicken fully as it will dry out in the oven.

  5. 5

    Place now browned chicken, into an ceramic/metal pie dish. Pour sauce over, making sure the chicken is fully covered. Then layer your mozzarella on top, once again making sure the entire dish is covered

  6. 6

    Pop into a pre, heated oven for 20-25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cook your pasta for 8-12 mins

  8. 8

    Cook your green beans for 4-6 minutes

  9. 9

    Take chicken out of oven

  10. 10

    Plate up each individual component separately and serve
