2tortillas
2 tbsptomato paste
1/2 tspItalian seasoning
1thinly sliced tomato
2mushrooms, thinly sliced
1bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 tbspmozzarella cheese, shredded

preheat oven to 425°F.

make a few tiny holes in tortillas with a fork. place on baking sheet. Bake for about 2 minutes or until crisp. Cool slightly.

spread tomato paste evenly on both tortillas. sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

add a layer of tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, and cheese.

bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
