1 pinchsalt
1 pinchbasil
1 pinchthyme
5 tbspolive oil

wash the dory and pat dry with paper towel

sprinkle with a bit of salt on each side

sprinkle with thyme and basil on each side

heat pan

put olive oil in and heat

put dory in and cook around 7min on each side or until done and a bit browned
