  • 30 gramscarrots
  • 2 eachdried shiitake mushroom
  • 25 eachdumpling wrappers
  • 80 gramssemi-lean pork (minced)
  • 160 gramsmed size prawns
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped finely)
  • 3 eachchestnuts
  • Seasoning
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • 2 tspcorn starch
  • 1 dashwhite pepper powder

    Blend the main ingredients

    Add the seasoning

  3. 3

    In counterclockwise direction, mix all with a flat laddle

  4. 4

    Sprinkler flat plate with corn starch at base and every layer of sui kow

  5. 5

    Use one finger and swipe water semi circle of dumpling wrapper.

  6. 6

    Scoop a sizeable mixed portion onto wrapper, fold into half and press the edges
