heat oil

fry sausages until they begin to brown

peel, chop and boil potatoes

add onion to frying pan with your sausages and fry until soft and brown

add beef stock, demerara sugar, tomato ketchup, worcestershire sauce and tobasco sauce to frying pan with sausages and onions, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce/gravy is thickened to your preference

drain and dry mash the potatoes, then add desired amount of milk and butter until smooth and creamy

serve using sauce/gravy to cover your sausages a d mash potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste
