Preheat oven 350

Spray large cassorle dish with non-stick cooking spray

Cut bread into cubes & line large cassorle dish with cubes

Combine eggs milk cinn & vanilla extract into medium bowl & whisk until blended

Pour mixture on bread & refridge for 2 hours or right away if unable to let sit
- 6
Let bake for 50 mins to one hour. serve with maple or butter syrup. top with layer of sugar.
