Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 headlettuce
  • 2 mediumred onions
  • 2sliced green pepper
  • 3ribs celery, chopped
  • 8 ozwater chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 cuphellmans mayonnaise
  • 1romano cheese
  • 3hard boiled eggs
  • 4strips bacon crumbled
  • 1cherry tomatoes
  • 10 ozfrozen green peas uncooked

Steps

  1. 1

    layer first 6 ingredients in serving bowl in order

  2. 2

    spread mayonnaise over top

  3. 3

    sprinkle with cheese

  4. 4

    do not stir

  5. 5

    cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

  6. 6

    45 minutes before serving remove from refrigerator

  7. 7

    garnish with sliced eggs, bacon, and tomatoes
