2sliced green pepper
3ribs celery, chopped
8 ozwater chestnuts, sliced
2 cuphellmans mayonnaise
1romano cheese
3hard boiled eggs
4strips bacon crumbled
1cherry tomatoes
10 ozfrozen green peas uncooked

layer first 6 ingredients in serving bowl in order

spread mayonnaise over top

sprinkle with cheese

do not stir

cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

45 minutes before serving remove from refrigerator

garnish with sliced eggs, bacon, and tomatoes
