3 largePotatoes (peeled and cut into 1in cubes)
3 tbspParmesan Cheese
1/2tps Salt
2 tbspButter
1/2 cupBacon Pieces
1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese

In a heavy-duty foil (about 18in square) slice up butter

Add chopped potatoes and salt
3

Fold foil around potato mix and seal

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15-18 min on each side until potatoes are tender
5

Carefully open foil and sprinkle bacon pieces and cheese over potato mixture
6

Grill 3-5 min longer until cheese is melted
