Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line muffin tins with cups.

Sift the flour 2x. Mix all dry ingredients together - Flour, salt, baking powder & sugar.

Mix all wet ingredients together: creamed corn, eggs, butter, milk and honey.

Make a well at the center of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients.

Mix just until incorporated. Put batter in the cups, upto to brim and place in the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 mins or until nice and brown.
