Steps

Dice Onions and add to pan with Beef to brown.

Add stock cubes to stock pot or slow cooker with water. Stir together.
- 3
Once browned, add beef and onions to crock/stock pot with stock. Also add sliced Carrots.

Let cook for 3 - 4 hours in slow Cooker on high OR an hour in Stock pot on medium heat.

Add Gravy Mix and stir together.
- 6
Serve with Mashed Potatoes
