Steps

cut avocados in half and spoon out into bowl (remove pit and set aside)

chop tomato into bite size peices and mix into bowl with avocados
- 3
dice the whole onion ( you may cut however you want, I just prefer it diced)
- 4
mix the garlic plus seasoning into bowl and stir until it is all soft
- 5
splash some lemon juice onto the mixture as it helps to keep the guacamole fresh. you may put one of the avocado pits into the mixture as well, as some people believe it also keeps it fresh
