Real Peanut Brittle Real Peanut Brittle
This recipe makes the best peanut brittle. Its light and crispy without being hard and has a great peanuty caramel flavor. If you've never made candy before it may sound intimidating, but its really very easy if you've got the right tools. Try it! Mark Dickinson -

Non-Sticky Peanut Brittle Non-Sticky Peanut Brittle
Make your own peanut brittle! Last time, I had leftover peanuts from making nougat, so I added maltose to create peanut brittle. Every year, I visit the Nangang Exhibition Center's baking show, which features a wide array of baking materials, sugar art, and blown sugar creations. It's impressive! You can also see the competition entries like bread and pineapple cakes. Even if you don't win, there are reputable bakeries with great reviews. They even sell nuts at a lower price than outside, or you can buy pre-baked nuts. Practicing making peanut brittle with these nuts is a great choice. February 9th is the day to send off the gods, and during the New Year, we also offer candies. You can make candies yourself too. chun手作料理食堂Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
