Heat oil in a saucepan.

Add Chilli, Ginger and Garlic.

Fry chopped onions, until brown.

Add other spices.

Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 10mins.

Leave to sit. Either leave to cool and freeze or add desired foods and add 2 cups of water and cook until desired consistency reached.
