  4. 8 ozcream cheese
  5. 16 ozpowdered sugar
  6. 1 stickbutter
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 1 cuptoffee chips

  1. 1

    PREPARE 9X13 pan.

  2. 2

    Mix cake mix, egg, & butter. Pour into prepared pan.

  3. 3

    Mix second group of ingredients & pour over bottom layer.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with toffee chips.

  5. 5

    BAKE 350° for 40 minutes.
