Ingredients

20 mins
  • 1 1/2 cupsifted flour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2/3 cupsalad oil
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupcrushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 1/2 cupshredded carrot
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  • 1 packagesCream cheese frosting

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Add ingredients and mix on medium

  3. 3

    Fold in walnuts

  4. 4

    Spray two 9" round cake pans with non stick spray

  5. 5

    Divide mixture between both pans

  6. 6

    Cook for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean

  7. 7

    Let cakes cool; frost the top of one round, then place the other round on top and frost the top and sides

  8. 8

    Sprinkle walnuts over top for garnish (optional)
