  1. 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 2beaten eggs
  3. 2 cupscalded milk
  4. 2 tbspmelted butter
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut
  7. 1/2 tspvanilla
  8. 1 cupstale bread cubes

  1. 1

    Combine sugar, salt, and eggs

  2. 2

    Add milk gradually, then coconut, butter, and vanilla

  3. 3

    Stir in bread cubes

  4. 4

    Place dish in pan of hot water and bake at 350°F for 45 mins or until pudding is firm
