Steps

Cut, wash & drain the cabbage. Put it in a large pan.

Add the oil.

Cover it & let it cook for about 15 mins, or til the cabbage looks transparent & wilted & dry.

Open the lid & let it fry til golden brown.

Add salt, tumeric powder & corriander powder. Mix well, add a tablespoon or 2, little water if required.

Mix well making sure it doesn't stick at the bottom. Cook til water dries & oil floats & looks shiny.

Serve with plain white rice or indian chapati.
