Steps

Thaw the chicken breasts and cut into moderate steak like slices.

In a container mix the garlic, soy, vinegar , salt and pepper along with the chicken throughout and thoroughly.

Add the olive oil in a non stick frying pan and start heating.

Place the breast pieces and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame with lid on.

Open lid and turn the pieces evenly.
- 6
Allow to cook for a further 10 mins with lid open.

Once it starts looking a bit fried and golden brown, get them off the flame and set in plates as required.

Garnish with hand torn coriander leaves and serve hot.
