Steps

Trim, rinse, and pat dry chicken. Place in slow cooker with water chestnuts.

In small bowl, combine orange juice, zest, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW for ~4 hours until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken and water chestnuts and keep warm. Start cooking rice.

Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into slow cooker sauce. Increase heat to HIGH and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Serve chicken with sauce over rice.
