Bake/boil chicken breasts until done. (350 for ~ 25 minutes). Let cool, then cube or shred.

Preheat oven to 425. Cook pasta and set aside.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms until tender.

In a separate saucepot, melt 4 tbsp butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth, ~ 1 minute. Wisk in cream and broth. Wisk continually until thick and bubbly.

Stir in chicken pieces, mushrooms and sherry.

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and pour pasta into pan. Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
