  1. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  2. 1 tspgarlic powder
  3. 8 smallpotatoes cut lengthwise in half
  4. 3 tbspmelted butter

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Mix cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish

  3. 3

    Dip cut sides of potatoes in butter and then in cheese mixture

  4. 4

    Place cheese sides down on baking sheet and drizzle remaining butter on top

  5. 5

    Bake 30-35 mins until potatoes are tender
