4 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cupkellogs corn flake crumbs
2 tbspgarlic powder
1 dashsalt and pepper

Set oven to Broil

in gallon size bag mix garlic salt pepper and corn flake crumbs

Evenly coat moist chicken and place on broiler pan

bake until chicken wen cut is no longer pink and juices run clear
