Ingredients

  1. Cake
  2. 1 box(18.5oz) White Cake Mix
  3. 1 box(3oz) Strawberry Jello
  4. 1 tbspSelf-rising Flour
  5. 4 tspGranulated sugar
  6. 3/4 cupVegetable Oil
  7. 4eggs
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. 1/3 cupFresh Strawberries (diced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350·

  2. 2

    Combine cake mix, flour, sugar & jello.

  3. 3

    Mix well. Add oil.

  4. 4

    Add Water & Strawberries.

  5. 5

    Add the eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix well

  6. 6

    Divide the batter into 3 8-inch round pans that have been oiled & floured.

  7. 7

    Bake for 25-35 mins until toothpick comes out clean.

  8. 8

    Transfer to wire racks & let cool in pan 10 mins
