9eggs scrambled
1drop of vanilla
1 canof potatoes cubed
1 smallcan of mushrooms(drained
1shredded cheddar cheese

pre-heat oven at 350

drain potatoes,and add to eggs add in vanilla and mushrooms and scramble

take a 9/12 pan and spray with cooking spray and then pour in egg mixture .put cheese on top as much as you wish

put in oven and bake for 25 min.,when done let cool before cutting
