Combine cream cheese & butter. Beat untill soft & pliable.

Add 1 box powdered sugar, salt & vanilla extract. Beat until incorporated.

Add other box of sugar, beat till incorporated. For smoother consistency add slosh of milk. Or more sugar for thicker consistency.

Put shredded coconut in bowl with 3 or 4 drops food coloring. Mix with hands. Once cake is frosted. Sprinkle on cake then place sliced Strawberries.
