preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment

Mix all ingred well and let sit 5 min

Form generous tablespoons of dough into balls and place on parchment about 2" apart

Flatten slightly with fork

Bake approx 10 min until gloss is off dough

Allow cookies to cool in pan for 5 min before removing
