Ingredients

1 cupchunky peanut butter
1 cuppacked dark brown sugar
1egg
1/2 cupcaremel chips
1 packagessnack size honey roasted peanuts, chopped

Steps

preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment

Mix all ingred well and let sit 5 min

Form generous tablespoons of dough into balls and place on parchment about 2" apart

Flatten slightly with fork
5

Bake approx 10 min until gloss is off dough
6

Allow cookies to cool in pan for 5 min before removing
