Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1large aubergine eggplant
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • As neededoil to fry in

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Peel and slice the aubergine

    Season with salt and add to the seasoned flour

    Coat both sides

    Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil
