Ingredients

  1. 1 packagestaco seasoning
  2. 1 packagesranch dressing mix
  3. 1 lbground beef
  4. 13 ozcan diced tomatoes
  5. 1 canpinto beans
  6. 6 ozcan yellow corn
  7. 1 tbspMexican blend shredded cheese
  8. 1large jalapeño, diced
  9. 1/2large onion, diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef over medium-high heat in large pot.

  2. 2

    Add taco and ranch seasoning and stir.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients (except cheese), stir and bring to a boil over high heat.

  4. 4

    Reduce to medium heat and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with side of cornbread and top with cheese.
