1/4 cupsoftened butter
1 tbspmolasses
1salt
1/2 tbsplemon juice
4 tbspblack pepper

stir together molasses, butter and lemon juice with a fork. cover, and refrigerate

rub both sides of their pork chops with their black pepper. grill chops until done and smother with their molasses butter
