1 tspgranulated sugar
1/4 cupbourbon
2 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspwater
1 clovegarlic

mix all ingredients together and pour over steak. let steak marinate in fridge four 4 hours, turning steak occasionally.

drain steak saving them extra marinade. grill steak 7-10 minutes on each side, or until degree of done you prefer. baste often with remaining marinade.
