1 kgpotatoes
300 gramsham
300 gramsyellow cheese
300 gramscream cheeses, use a few different flavors, e.g. smoked cheese and ham flavor.
100 gramsbutter

Steps

Boil or steam the potatoes, cut them in round slices.

Butter the bottom of a large pan or a few smaller ones.

Cover the bottom with potato slices with a few pieces of butter on top, then cover them with lots of grated yellow cheese and finish with the some cream cheese pieces.

Cover with a few more potato slices with some butter on top.

Bake it in the oven for about 15 minutes, sprinkle some yellow cheese on top and leave it for another 10 minutes to turn golden.
