Ingredients

  1. 3 largeor 4 small chicken breasts, cubed
  2. 1onion chopped small
  3. 1/2garlic or 8-10 cloves minced
  4. 2bags of frozen mixed vegetables
  5. 1 cancream of celery
  6. 2 cancream of chicken
  7. 1butter
  8. 1milk
  9. 1Italian seasoning
  10. 1pepper
  11. 1dried ground thyme
  12. 2 boxpre-made pie crusts (2 per box - total 4)
  13. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Chip up onion and garlic. Cook it covered with butter on low. Put the pepper on it while cooking.

  2. 2

    Warm up the veggies (I buy the mixed veggies and microwave them).

  3. 3

    Mix together the veggies, chicken (with juice) 1 can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of celery. Then add more cream of chicken to desired thickness. Add a little milk as well.

  4. 4

    I use Italian seasoning and thyme (ground). I taste it and just add a little here and there until its about right.

  5. 5

    Make sure u bake the bottom crust fist for about 8 minutes. Then add filling and put on the top.

  6. 6

    Last just brush an egg wash on the top of the pot pie at the very end (last 10 minutes)
