Chip up onion and garlic. Cook it covered with butter on low. Put the pepper on it while cooking.

Warm up the veggies (I buy the mixed veggies and microwave them).

Mix together the veggies, chicken (with juice) 1 can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of celery. Then add more cream of chicken to desired thickness. Add a little milk as well.

I use Italian seasoning and thyme (ground). I taste it and just add a little here and there until its about right.

Make sure u bake the bottom crust fist for about 8 minutes. Then add filling and put on the top.

Last just brush an egg wash on the top of the pot pie at the very end (last 10 minutes)
