Add all the ingridients together

when is ready make a ball with the dough, cover it with plastic foil and leave it in the fridge 1 hour to rest.

the butter has to be in room temperature

the water if needed add it

Work with the roller and put a lot of flour on your working table

Gives one big form for quiche (32cm)
