Ingredients

  1. 2 lbAngus stew meat
  2. 3bay leaves
  3. 1salt
  4. 1pepper
  5. 1/2 cupflour
  6. 1carrots
  7. 1potatos
  8. 1white onion
  9. 1beef stock
  10. 4 clovegarlic
  11. 2 envelopebeefy onion soup mix

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    brown beef

  3. 3

    add in onions, bay leafs, soup mix, salt and pepper, put in enough stock to cover meat. cook for 2 hrs

  4. 4

    add carrots and potatos. cook another 1 hr or until veggies ar cooked
